Corporate Profile
Overview
Payzone is one of Europe’s largest branded payments network, delivering a wide range of payment services in six European countries including Ireland, UK, Germany, Sweden, Greece and Romania.
Our product portfolio is based on a network of 66,000 retailer point of sale and includes a comprehensive solution encompassing online and mobile payments. Such services include mobile top-up, tolling payments, electronic gift and transport ticketing together with bill payment and pre-payment meter services.
Company History
In a history that now spans three decades, Payzone has evolved from a service-driven telecoms group to Europe's largest cash acceptance network with operations across 6 countries. Over time the group’s focus has changed as Payzone sought to build a pan-European payments network that would facilitate faster, simpler payment solutions.
Our Brand
More than just a sign or logo in a window, the Payzone brand represents what we believe in and guides everything we do.
Our vision and values guide the way we treat our clients, business partners, consumers and employees. They define who we are and how we work and form the foundation upon which we build our business.
Customer Focus and Commitment
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. We’re good listeners and that helps us to better understand how to create value for the people who come to rely on us. We look to build a lasting relationship with them, based on trust and real service commitment.
Our retail partners are a critical part of that strategy and we aim to be strategic partners in their growth, rather than just suppliers.
The Payzone team, our employees across the group are the lifeblood of the brand and we know that only by looking after them can we expect to succeed.
Passion and Drive for Results
We have a passion for success and delivering positive change. We’re determined to be the best at doing what matters most.
Superb Execution
We strive to be recognised as a team that does what we say we will do, when we say we’ll do it. We inspire our people to go the extra mile in keeping customers happy. We learn from our successes as well as our failures.
Innovation and Creativity
We think innovation is important and place great value on this across the group. Our people are actively encouraged and rewarded to constantly reinvent the way we do things and the things that we do. We try to keep our competitors guessing and our customers delighted!
